How to scan to email at the Isaac Newton Institute

INI-PARTICIPANTS-MFD – outside room M12 on the Mezzanine floor of the Isaac Newton Institute.


How to Scan

Open the top lid of the scanner, and place your desired document face down on the glass.


On the touchscreen, press 'Scan To'

Next, press "Add Destination"

Then press "Email"

Enter the email address you would like the document to be scanned to.

Press "Enter". You can leave the settings as default, and then press "Scan"

Once the page has been scanned, you can either press "Add Page" to add another page of scanning, or press "Done" to complete the job and send the scanned documents in an email.

You should then see "Job Completed"

You should also receive an email of your scanned documents in PDF form:
