Sharing your screen

Simply connect your device via the HDMI Connection found at the lectern.

You may wish to use the USB-C adaptor if needed.

To use the clicker, connect the USB cable to your device or adaptor.

A USB-C charging cable is available at the lectern if required. 

Using the lectern panel

Joining a Meeting

To join a Zoom meeting, press "Join" and then enter the required details (Meeting ID, Meeting Password)

Room Controls

You may wish to control some devices in the room (i.e the projector)

Press "Room Controls" found on the left sidebar, and press "Open"

To turn the projector on, press "Projector Display" and then press "On".

Changing the lights

The lighting control panel, found at the rear of the seminar room, can be used to switch the lights between numerous presets.

For projector talks, use the "Projector" preset.

For chalk talks, use the "Chalk" preset.

Talk recording and broadcasting

If you wish for your talk to be recorded and/or broadcasted live, please speak to an AV Technician or ask at reception.
